Tin Roof Antiques  has been conducting Estate and moving sales for the past 25 years. because of our knowledge of the market place, we maximize the results for our clients.

1) Estate & Moving Sales- We provide the following:

      a)  Sit down with the client and listen

      b) Provide the client with an educated appraisal as to what a SALE would gross.

      c) Should the client decide to go with a SALE, we would provide the following:

• price and set up of contents
• provide professional personnel for the sale
• pay for all advertising and permits
• conduct the SALE
• provide someone to clean and disburse of left over items after sale
• we pick up ALL expenses and this will be figured in our commission

2) Buyouts- We buy one item or complete estates

3) Appraisals- We offer in-home appraisals or free in-store appraisals (BOTH BY APPOINTMENT)
